Our History
I’m Carme Bastardas, the founder and commercial face of Ant Facilities. In terms of industrial cleaning, they call me the ‘Book of Solutions’.
I’m an expert in providing technical and organisational solutions for industrial cleaning of large surfaces, noble areas, confined spaces, clean rooms, town halls and much more.
While in my day-to-day work I analyse a lot of data, design the best industry solutions for each task and manage the most appropriate resources for our clients, at the end of the day, what satisfies me most are the benefits that come from our services: comfort, wellbeing and health.
25 years of experience in Facility Services
During these 25 years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance sector, we have acquired greater knowledge, experience and professionalism in each sector, consolidating our services and increasing them year after year.
ANT FACILITIES today
In addition, we have adopted an internal human resources policy based on the recruitment and management of the workforce. The main objective of this new policy is to ensure a detailed selection and monitoring of recruitment and training in each area of work in order to guarantee the motivation of our employees.

We actively contribute to integrating people at risk of exclusion into sectors where they can acquire personal and professional skills, in order to become integrated both in the company and in society. We seek to create quality employment for this group and we collaborate with the Barcelona City Council Foundation. Serving the community not only brings value to us, but also allows us to bring value to the rest of society.
Victims of gender-based violence
For victims of gender-based violence, re-entering the world of work is key. Our aim is to offer them stable work to help them recover and gain economic independence. Due to their situation of special vulnerability, we help and support them throughout the process, given our experience in personal integration and knowledge of special needs. We comply 100% with the equality plan.
